What to Expect

clientYour Appointment

Arrival Time: We are a very busy clinic. It is very important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late you will be treated as a walk-in and we will do our best to work you in, but there are no guarantees. The best advice is to plan to arrive a few minutes before your appointment. This will give us time to handle your paperwork or collect any additional information we may need.

Paperwork: All new clients at our vaccine clinic will need to complete some paperwork to provide us with important information about you and your pet. If your pet is sick and needs an appointment, we will obtain that information over the phone when we schedule the appointment.

Exam Room: After you check in with our receptionists, the technician will meet with you to get a complete medical history. The doctor will then evaluate your pet’s condition. The doctor and technician may also perform a more thorough examination of the pet away from the examination room in our treatment area. Upon completion, our team should be able to provide you with an assessment of your pet’s treatment options, plans and an estimated cost range.

Estimates: All of our clients will receive a cost estimate and must agree to the services and fees before they are given.
