Sick pets may present for treatment on a walk-in (first come first served) basis Monday through Saturday at 8AM to 4PM. At that time we will determine the priority of the patients’ treatments based on the severity of their condition. Please keep mind that due to the volume of patients we see on a daily basis there may be a wait or cut off time associated with being seen as a walk in. Once it is determined your pet will be seen, we ask that a deposit in the amount of your exam fee is made to hold your walk-in spot. Depending on your pet’s condition you may also schedule an appointment after your pet has been assessed by a medical staff member. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. All deposits are used towards your visit.
If you suspect a serious problem, call 770-455-1011 during business hours from 8AM to 4PM. Monday through Saturday. Don’t leave a voicemail or use the Internet or email. Wait for the client service staff member to answer. Our medical staff may also give you instructions on how to assist your pet if they are in distress, helping them stay safe.
After 4PM. please take your pet to The Animal Emergency Center of Sandy Springs near I-285 and Roswell Rd. Dr. Biddle and his staff provide overnight, weekend and holiday emergency care. Once you decide to bring your pet in for emergency treatment, make sure you know where you’re going and how to get there.
