Sick or injured pets are seen on a walk-in basis Monday through Saturday at 8:00 a.m. sharp. At that time we will determine the priority of the patients’ treatments based on the severity of their condition.
If you suspect a serious problem, call 770-455-1011 during business hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Don’t leave a voicemail or use the Internet or email. Wait for the client service staff member to answer. Our medical staff may also give you instructions on how to assist your pet if they are in distress, helping them stay safe.
After 4 p.m. please take your pet to The Animal Emergency Center of Sandy Springs near I-285 and Roswell Rd. Dr. Biddle and his staff provide overnight, weekend and holiday emergency care. Once you decide to bring your pet in for emergency treatment, make sure you know where you’re going and how to get there.
