To expedite check in for your first appointment, please bring your pet’s previous medical history including vaccines. If your first visit to WellPet Humane exceeds your expectations, we invite you to share this experience with family and friends. That is how we grow.

My WellPet

Through My WellPet, our online pet health management service, you can request appointments, be reminded of timely vaccinations, manage your pet’s health and order from our online WellPet Pharmacy and receive our low prices.

Some of our clients have expressed interest in obtaining veterinary products shipped to their homes. My WellPet offers an online pharmacy that offers convenience and extends our WellPet cost savings. We recognize that value is a necessity in today’s world.

What to Expect

  • Arrival Time: We are a very busy clinic. It is very important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late you will be treated as a walk-in and we will do our best to work you in, but there are no guarantees. The best advice is to plan to arrive a few minutes before your appointment. This will give us time to handle your paperwork or collect any additional information we may need.
  • Paperwork: All new clients at our vaccine clinic will need to complete some paperwork to provide us with important information about you and your pet. If your pet is sick and needs an appointment, we will obtain that information over the phone when we schedule the appointment.
  • Exam Room: After you check in with our receptionists, the technician will meet with you to get a complete medical history. The doctor will then evaluate your pet’s condition. The doctor and technician may also perform a more thorough examination of the pet away from the examination room in our treatment area. Upon completion, our team should be able to provide you with an assessment of your pet’s treatment options, plans and an estimated cost range.
  • Estimates: All of our clients will receive a cost estimate and must agree to the services and fees before they are given.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time services are provided. WellPet accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. We do not accept checks or Care Credit. Anyone that leaves without payment will be subject to police apprehension and arrest.
