  13. Deposit Policy:
    We require a non-refundable $25 deposit when scheduling all appointments and surgeries. All deposits are non-refundable and patients must arrive on time for their appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so within 24 hours of the appointment time or your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, the deposit will remain on your account to be used at a later date but it will not be refunded.

  16. For those clients unable to place a deposit over the phone we do offer a limited number of walk-in appointments Monday – Saturday mornings from 8am – 12 noon. Walk-In patients are seen in the order in which they arrive, and an appointment is not guaranteed. We recommend arriving at 8am to sign-in as a Walk-In because these types of appointments are limited.
