  18. Deposit Policy:
    We require a non-refundable $25 deposit when scheduling all appointments and surgeries. All deposits are non-refundable and patients must arrive on time for their appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so more than 24 hours before the appointment time or your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your appointment the deposit will remain on your account to be used at a later date but it will not be refunded. Deposits left on a account for more than 6 months will be donated to our Lifesaver Fund.

  20. A representative will contact you with scheduling availability for your appointment within 24 hours.
  21. For those clients unable to place a deposit over the phone we do offer a limited number of walk-in appointments Monday – Saturday mornings at 8am. Walk-In patients are seen based on the level of emergency, and an appointment is not guaranteed. We recommend arriving before 8am to fill out a Walk-In form because these types of appointments are limited.
